- Experience in Management level in housekeeping department in hotel at least 5 years.
- Has basic knowledge of flower arrangement, laundry and cleaning chemicals.
- Good in English communication.
- Strong in people management, interpersonal and creative skill.
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
- Organizes regular departmental training for all staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming and actual job knowledge.
- Handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
